Motel 6 Huntsville, TX

I was in town for a graduation and booked a room. Being that we were not hardly going to be in the room i went with economy. For this motel to be the cheapest in town it really was clean. The room was clean the bed had new pillows, i was truly impressed. I dont like the shower it was so small but it was clean. The maids cleaned my room and i realized i left my wallet in the room and a card with $500. In it. I was afraid it was going to be missing when I realize it, not to mention the money in my wallet. Upon arriving a seen the maid leaving my room and i begin to cry. I immediately went to the room and to my surprise my room was cleaned and my wallet and card with $500 dollars was still there. I was so thankful that the maid did not touch my wallet or the card with money. Everything was right where i left it. Thank you for giving me great service and not robbing me. Sorry i had to share my experience. After reading some of the other reviews i had to give credit where credit is due.

This location exceeded my expectations. I'm really big on customer service and the staff there went out of their way to assure all my lodging needs were met. I can appreciate the comfort and safety for my family. It was a quick stop but for a few nights' stay, it was worth it. I was able to sleep in and get all the rest I needed to hit the road. The room was clean and smelled good. Housekeeping was on point with towels, sheets, pillows etc. The front desk was very attentive when I called down with questions. I can appreciate how the place is ran, my stay was good.

Clean, peaceful room with no issues checking in. The a/c worked fine. I had a shower in my room rather than a tub/shower combo. The only issue I had was I had to flush twice in order for the toilet to fully work. The bed was comfortable, the tv worked fine and the staff was courteous. I will likely stay there again. You can't beat the price and location!

I love it here! You can tell that they have new management. The property is kept clean, the rooms are clean the bed is clean. And that's saying something. I always use a black light when I stay in a hotel to see if I should clean it. Since my last stay last year the rooms are spot less. The bugs used to be an issue and no longer are. Maintenance is right on top of things. The staff so polite and very helpful they go out of their way to help you with what ever you need. whoever the manager is now you have an awesome team working for you! Thank you lady's so very much for a wonderful stay and I look forward to my next stay.

This hotel or motel was not as bad as one would think. The room was very clean. The front desk attendant was present and it was very quiet. My only complaint is due to the construction. The room was hard to access or the hotel driveway was hard to access as I passed it up around 5 times before I could understand truly how to maneuver down the road in which the construction led me down to get to the motel other than that , the room was clean , decent and in order.

Everyone was so friendly! The woman at the front desk was amazing. Your motel is not only pet friendly, but we could smoke in our room! We will always choose Motel 6 when we travel with our dogs. The room was clean and it had bigger towels than the other Motel 6 we stayed in - appreciate that.

Josh at the front desk was a delight. He was warm and welcoming. The room was big and clean and the pool was very well maintained. Such a good Hotel at a good price. The only complaint is you have to pay for your shampoo and conditioner out of a vending machine. I feel that if you have a pool that shampoo is a must and it should be provided.

Staff and cleanliness were very good, better than expected. My only complaint is that the first non smoking room had clearly been smoked in. The second room, which we used, had no smell of smoke in the bedroom but a light trace of smoke in the bathroom. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and the accommodations.
